The concept
The plot is located in a reminiscent terrain in Curitiba, Brazil; a street corner once taken as a dangerous spot in the city center, that can became a interesting habitation project - fullfiling the empty in the center city.
Commerces in the ground floor can reduce the building isolation towards himself and allow people to connect with it throughout the day.
In the upper levels, the building splits into 2 typology of units: In on side, all of units are graced with huge terraces - sometimes as the same size as the unit. In the other side all units gain from 2 to 3 terraces each.
